We are seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service during every step of the car buying and selling process. You will communicate effectively with various teams, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the transparency and values of our organization.

What you will do - Essential Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales process, from appraisal to test drives and financing applications
• Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate information to Buyers
• Receive and manage vehicle inventory, perform cosmetic inspections, and maintain CarMax Quality Standards
• Handle administrative duties such as maintaining transaction paperwork and managing repair orders

Requirements and Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to make decisions balancing customer needs and business objectives
• Strong team behaviors, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent, with sales and customer service experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License and basic Microsoft Office skills
