BOOKKEEPER - Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant . Our ideal candidate loves working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in their work! This Bookkeeper will have a "wanting to make a difference" mindset with a natural ability to work on a small team while managing a variety of tasks. Responsibilities for the Bookkeeper:Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries .
Handle AP/AR tasks in QuickBooks .
The Bookkeeper will serve as a backup for payroll processing in ADP .
Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
Compile reports on cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable/receivable, profit and loss , and other financial metrics.
The Bookkeeper will generate monthly statements for customers.
Process membership dues .
Maintain accurate records through trial balance .
Experience in bookkeeping and accounting .
Strong attention to detail .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP .
Solid computer skills .
