Location: Houston, TX | Hybrid (in-office & remote)

Commitment: Full-Time

Compensation: $100,000 $150,000 (Based on Experience)

Experience: Dental software + proven CTO or senior IT leadership experience required

What Youll Do:

As CTO, youll lead the technology vision and execution for our growing dental organization. Youll be expected tofigure out and build the ideal tech stack for an emerging DSO, and lead thecreation of a centralized data lakehouse to consolidate information, enhance decision-making, and fuel operational performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Define and build the rightsoftware and tech stackto support scalable growth
• Lead the architecture and development of adata lakehousefor analytics and reporting
• Oversee integration and optimization of dental systems (e.g., practice management, imaging, patient engagement)
• Ensure cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, and data privacy across all locations
• Lead IT infrastructure strategy and support across hybrid and in-office teams
• Develop internal tech support systems
• Drive automation, dashboard creation, and data visualization for executive and clinical teams
• Collaborate with departments to identify and implement tech solutions that improve efficiency and experience

Qualifications:

• Senior-level tech leadership experience (CTO, VP of Technology, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience withdental software platformsand systems
• Proven success buildingdata infrastructure(e.g., data lakes/warehouses, Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong grasp of cloud systems, networking, cybersecurity, and HIPAA compliance
• Demonstrated ability to scale technology across multi-site organizations
• Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams
• Must bebased in Houston, TXwith the ability to work in a hybrid capacity
