JCW has partnered with a specialty insurance carrier in hiring a Claims SIU Investigator for their Atlanta office. They are looking for a candidate to join their claims compliance and shared service team on a hybrid basis, 2 days in office a week. If interested in this opportunity, apply today!

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and analyze referred claims for potential fraud, including background searches, scene investigations, witness interviews, and surveillance.
• Prepare detailed investigative reports summarizing findings and recommended actions while ensuring compliance with fraud-related laws and regulations.
• Utilize analytic tools and data to identify fraudulent claims and support investigations.
• Collaborate with the SIU Manager, external vendors, and business partners on investigative assignments.
• Provide stakeholder training and promote fraud awareness within the claims department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of analytical/investigative experience in insurance or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred certifications: FCLS, FCLA, CFE, or CIFA.
