We are currently looking for a Summer
Visualization Design Intern . This position will be located in
San Diego, CA .
Job Summary: Primary function is to create images and movies to internally promote Nissan Design's exterior, interior and color & materials design proposals.
Essential Job Functions: (Include but are not limited to)
- Create CG renderings of exterior and interior design projects
- Create CMF/Color/Materials images using VRED or Unreal
- Create animations using VRED, Unreal, Maya or Blender (rigging, cameras, driving animations)
- Create and modify environments
- Tell a story with animation and quick movies
- UX/UI storytelling
- Configure/ Host VR/ AR Design Reviews
Minimum Qualifications: Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation or Industrial Design or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or above
Required Skillsets:
- Use of visualization software - Alias Autodesk VRED preferred
- Use of image/ video editing software - Photoshop and Premiere preferred
Optional Skillsets:
- Game engine technology such as Unreal or Unity
- Video compositing software such as After Effects or Nuke
- Creation of materials with editing software such as Substance
