THE TEAM The mission of the Boutique Management Department is to lead our specialized teams to sell clothes and deliver world-class experiences.

You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement across the region through inspirational leadership and robust partnership with cross-functional partners. THE ROLE As the Director, Retail you will lead the team to:
- Sell clothes, deliver world-class experiences, and build loyal client relationships
- Create an optimal balance of sales and service by having the right people, in the right place at the right time
- Seamlessly own or escalate the invisible details that enable an exceptional shopping experience
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
THE QUALITIFICATIONS The Director, Retail has:
- Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications
- A commitment to learn, apply, champion, and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes
- The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team

- A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value
- A deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-250,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
