Location: Indianapolis, IN (in-person event planning)

Compensation: Volunteer position with future stewardship-based profit sharing

Organization: Kingdom Industry Transformation (KIT) Initiative

Start Date: August 2025

First Major Event: Faith-Driven HR Summit – November 7–9, 2025

We’re looking for a passionate Events Coordinator to help us organize and host transformational summits in Indianapolis—starting with our inaugural Faith-Driven HR Summit this November . This is a volunteer role for someone excited to be part of an early-stage movement where excellence, creativity, and kingdom alignment shape every decision.

You’ll work alongside a team of visionary leaders to plan hospitality-rich gatherings that spark community, elevate biblical business principles , and create lifelong memories for professionals from every industry.

The Kingdom Industry Transformation (KIT) Initiative exists to redeem business practices across industries through biblically grounded frameworks.

Our goal: maximize the glory that Jesus receives in every industry .

We build faith-driven communities of practice focused on:

• Transforming how organizations operate (IMPACT)
• Managing money with kingdom values (KINGDOM)
• Developing people through biblical dignity (WORTH)
• Creating redemptive products (FLOURISH)
• Communicating with truth and purpose (SPREAD)
• Selling with integrity and service (PITCH)
• Leading with light and discernment (LIGHT)

Our mission is to equip the 90% of believers who don’t own the business—but feel called to lead from within , even in companies where faith isn’t part of the leadership’s public identity.

• Planning and managing logistics for in-person KIT summits
• Coordinating venues, lodging, meals, materials, and hospitality details
• Collaborating with functional and industry community leaders to shape event flow
• Creating atmospheres of belonging, excellence, and spiritual openness
• Supporting follow-up systems to deepen long-term relationships
  

• You’re energized by vision-driven initiatives and love crafting memorable, meaningful experiences
• You’re organized, hospitable, and motivated by eternal impact over immediate income
• You resonate with the idea of Jesus being glorified through operations, hospitality, and leadership
• You’re based in or near Indianapolis (or willing to travel at your own expense)
• You appreciate both strategic planning and on-the-ground logistics

This is a volunteer position during startup phase. However, once the organization is financially sustainable, profit-sharing opportunities will be available for key contributors based on a stewardship model—not ownership, but reward through faithfulness and impact.
