We are currently seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator for our client in the Carlisle area. The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years of experience operating Crown Reach Trucks
• The ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
• A strong understanding of LTL operations and warehouse flow
• A commitment to safety, efficiency, and reliability

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Pull and stage LTL freight according to load sheets and schedules
• Maintain accurate inventory records through RF scanning or paperwork
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
