Job Summary
We are looking for a Qualified Experienced Forklift Technician to join our successful service center.

As a Forklift Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Forklifts. You must be comfortable using the dealerships computer software and have extensive knowledge of Forklift systems.

If you have a never give up attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction
• Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
• Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as fuel system replacement, oil changes, and brake pad replacements, Hydraulic cylinder repair, tune ups, diagnose break downs, Hydraulic hose replacement.
• Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, brakes and cooling
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Convey necessary vehicle repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 3 Years prior forklift mechanical experience
• Extensive tool supply
• Clean DMV record
• Willingness to work with others as a team
• Strong customer service and communications skills are required
• Commercial Truck repair experience a plus
