Sodexo's  School Services Division is seeking a General Manager  for our partnership with Verdigris School District located in Claremore, OK .  Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven communication and client relations skills as well as have a passion for innovation and growth. Experience managing a food service team in an education environment is strongly preferred but not required.   Day to day, this role will be responsible for serving the National School Breakfast and Lunch Program, and overseeing cafeteria operations at all district schools.

• lead and motivate the team, inspiring strategic direction;
• ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments;
• sustain client satisfaction and retention.

• demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Requirement - 2 years

Basic Functional Experience – 2 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
