We offer you a 2 years tailor‑made programme which will allow you to work in different missions and in different sectors of activity within our organization, with an opportunity to work abroad! In Europe, the company operates under the leadership of Guillaume COL from its European headquarters in Lyon, France. What is the XPO Graduate Programme? Each year, through the XPO Graduate Programme, we hire young graduates on permanent contracts. During the two years of the programme, you will develop your skills through role rotations, on‑the‑job learning and tailored trainings, with the goal of moving quickly towards management roles. What’s in it for you? A 2 years programme, divided into 3 eight‑months periods, with different missions (operational missions, support function) One of the missions will take place abroad or in an international context Individual HR coaching and support throughout the programme, to help you build your career path within XPO An assessment will take place at the end of each mission, to help you advance and develop your professional career the way you want Ongoing management training sections At the end of the programme, you will have access to all of the job positions the company offers We offer you an attractive package: 38 K€ annual gross + bonus + reimbursement of accommodation costs for the first month of each mission Starting date: January 2026 What we are looking for: You have recently graduated from either a Business school, Engineering or Transport & Logistics University with a Master Degree (maximum 2 years since the graduation) You are geographically mobile and can relocate to different locations over a period of 2 years; driving license required You’re entrepreneurial, committed and as a future career goal you are highly motivated by taking on a Management role We expect you to be passionate about working in a challenging and fast paced work environment. As part of a global organization, you collaborate effectively and continuously with your colleagues at all levels in the organization You speak and write fluently in French and in English.
