Join to apply for the Graphic Designer role at Union Church Join to apply for the Graphic Designer role at Union Church As a Graphic Design Director, you’ll create concepts that support our mission to unite people to purpose. You will lead our creative team in crafting visually stunning designs that support weekend experiences and special events. This role requires expertise in apparel and both digital and print design. The role also requires an understanding of branding principles, and the ability to develop, inspire, and lead, a team of high capacity designers. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print materials, including design for our broadcast experiences. Lead the design team in the creation of visually appealing graphics for screens, social media, websites, print materials, and events. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image across all touch points. Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure they are implemented in all design projects. Provide strategic input on brand development and visual storytelling to enhance the church's overall impact.

MUST-HAVES

Sense of calling to use your creative skillset in ministry 4+ years of relevant design experience Bachelor’s degree in related field High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign Demonstrated expertise in branding and brand development Excellent team building and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team Keen attention to detail Great time management skills & ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Remarkable communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team Online portfolio Portfolio available online (necessary for consideration)
