About This Role

Southern Pro Restoration, LLC is hiring a high-performing Marketing Specialist with experience in roofing, construction, or restoration marketing who is ready to take full ownership of our in-house marketing engine. This is an on-site position based in Tampa, Florida — remote applicants will not be considered .

We’re looking for someone who is creative, strategic, and highly technical—especially with proven experience using AI tools to generate leads, create compelling content, and build scalable marketing systems.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not have hands-on experience using AI tools for lead generation and content creation , this role is not a fit . AI capability is central to this position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeting both residential and commercial clients

• Use AI platforms (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.) for content generation, funnel building, and automation

• Design branded content using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva , and video editing tools

• Build and manage SEO-optimized websites , landing pages, and email sequences

• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, LSAs)

• Track and report marketing performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies based on ROI

• Visit job sites to gather content using drone photography and videography (FAA certification preferred)

• Collaborate with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with company growth objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing (roofing, construction, or trades industry preferred)

• Strong knowledge of AI tools used in content creation, lead generation, and automation

• Experience with CRM systems (we’re open to your preferred platform) and analytics

• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and build marketing funnels

• Solid understanding of SEO principles and Google Business optimization

• Experience with proposal support , including RFP and RFQ submissions

• Familiarity with PR and brand awareness efforts (press releases, events, etc.)

• FAA Part 107 Drone License or willingness to obtain

• Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Adobe, etc.) are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience)

• Base Salary Starting up to $75,000+ , based on experience

• Uncapped Commissions based on revenue directly generated from your efforts
