Were seeking an Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, youll be a key player in building our brand, capturing leads, converting sales, and supporting customers at Merit3D, a leader in high-speed 3D printing.

What You'll Do

Marketing Responsibilities (25% of time):

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
• Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and creative partners for paid ads, video, and content creation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
• Evaluate and improve our website, ensuring it supports lead capture and SEO goals.
• Manage and optimize marketing tools such as Zoho, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
• Develop marketing calendars, budgets, and lead-generation strategies that align with business objectives.

Inside Sales Responsibilities (75% of time):

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiriesphone, email, and social media.
• Understand and communicate product features, applications, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
• Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, trade shows, and outreach efforts.
• Accurately process and follow up on orders, payments, and warranty-related needs.
• Keep meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with technical, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Bring

• 13 years of experience in marketing, inside sales, or a hybrid customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred)
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM
• Familiarity with tools such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or Facebook/Google Ads
• Proficiency in CRM management software such as Zoho or Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A creative mindset and desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to work on-site in Price, Utah
