Overview We are seeking a part-time detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. Description The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining critical information in our systems, with a specific focus on processing postal consent forms in compliance with USPS requirements. Responsibilities Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required Accurately enter and update data into company databases and the USPS system Process and verify postal consent forms to ensure regulatory compliance Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections Maintain organized records of completed work for reference and auditing purposes Follow established procedures to safeguard sensitive and confidential information Demonstrate absolute discretion and maintain 100% confidentiality when handling sensitive or regulatory documents Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or administrative support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency with computer and typing speed of at least 60 wpm Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in an office environment Familiarity with USPS systems and compliance processes (preferred, but not required) Typing Test Requirement Applicants must complete a 3-minute typing test at typing.com and provide their test results when applying. Please note that you may be asked to complete an additional typing test during the interview process.
