Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Location: Aurora/Centennial, CO

Are you a dynamic Leasing Consultant looking for an exciting new challenge? We have the perfect opportunity for you in Aurora/Centennial, Colorado!

Responsibilities:

• Engage Enthusiastically: Actively engage with prospects and showcase the amazing amenities our properties offer.
• Detail-Oriented: Take detailed notes and understand prospects' needs and desires for their future home.
• Communicate Effectively: Keep the Property Manager updated with progress and tasks to be completed.
• Stay Informed: Keep abreast of daily special offers and communicate these exciting deals to prospects.
• Local Expert: Research the surrounding area to highlight the benefits of living in these fantastic neighborhoods.
• Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer Service is a MUST.
• People Person: Ability to build rapport, qualify prospects, and close leases with ease.
• Skilled Negotiator: Strong negotiation skills to secure the best deals.
• Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
