*WEEKEND WORK IS REQUIRED (Saturday AND Sunday!) **

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials and waxing.
• Provide product demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of skincare products.
• Assist with retail sales by recommending products that meet client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
• Recommend additional services or products to enhance client satisfaction and experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to provide the best service possible.

Qualifications

• EXCELLENT HOSPITALITY + COMMUNCIATION SKILLS - We are here to serve our community and help them heal. Our main goal is to make our clients happier when they leave than when they arrived.
• DESIRE TO LEARN + CONTRIBUTE - We are always learning new things and adding them to our menu of creative and effective therapies. Ongoing education, product and service development are a huge part of what we do at Resonance.
• INDEPENDENCE + CONFIDENCE - Working in a fast-paced facility requires the ability to think on your feet and problem solve in the moment.
• NEED TO BE CERTIFIED/LICENSED - Adherence to all applicable local and state licensing laws and regulations related to the massage therapy services provided, including following any applicable law pertaining to maintaining current Esthetics License.

Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 35 hours per week
