Key Responsibilities:Support development and execution of Medical Affairs strategies, education programs, and scientific training
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Communications teams on internal/external events such as congresses and advisory boards
Assist in KOL profiling and management, and dissemination of medical education materials
Manage content for websites, dashboards, newsletters, and new communication channels like social media
Oversee contracts, HCP interactions, payment tracking, and operational reporting (OKRs, KPIs)
Promote continuous improvement and best practices in project management
Build and maintain preferred vendor relationships ensuring quality and compliance
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
2-3 years’ experience in diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotech project management (PMP preferred)
Strong communication skills
Preferred experience in medical affairs, clinical development, oncology/pathology, and agile methodologies
