Role Description We are actively hiring Remote Mortgage Loan Officers looking to grow their business with a modern, high-compensation platform . This is a full-time, 100% remote, commission-only position for professionals who generate their own leads and want access to competitive loan products and responsive support. At New Priority Lending, you’ll work across both lender and broker channels to give your clients flexible pricing and a wide range of loan options. We offer up to 275 BPS lender-paid compensation for self-generated leads , along with the independence to structure your workflow your way. For loan officers serving real estate investors and developers, you'll benefit from our expansive nationwide reach, with investment and commercial property loan programs available in nearly all 50 states. Key Responsibilities Originate residential, investment, and commercial property loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, DSCR, Construction, Fix & Flip, and more Educate and guide borrowers throughout the mortgage process Coordinate with our processing team to ensure smooth, timely closings Stay current with product guidelines, market trends, and regulatory updates Cultivate relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, and referral partners Manage your own pipeline independently in a fully remote environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred Proficient in underwriting basics and loan guidelines across FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, DSCR, and investment loans, among others. Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills Active MLO license required : If originating residential loans , you must have an active MLO license in one or more of the following states: VA, MD, DC, WV, FL, or TX If focused on investment and commercial property loans , an active MLO license in any U.S. state is acceptable Comfortable in a 100% remote, commission-only role focused on self-generating leads Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus NEW PRIORITY LENDING Corp.
