Job Title: NetSuite Manufacturing & Financial Trainer
Location: Pittsburgh area preferred; however, Remote (with occasional travel required)
Employment Type: Contract
Pay: Commensurate with experience

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Trainer with deep knowledge of manufacturing and financial modules to support end-user training and adoption. This role will focus on educating users across various departments on best practices, workflows, and system functionality. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering both remote and on-site training sessions and adapting content to a range of user skill levels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training sessions focused on NetSuite's manufacturing and financial modules , including hands-on workshops, documentation, and Q&A support.
• Collaborate with functional leads and business stakeholders to understand training needs and tailor content accordingly.
• Provide one-on-one and group instruction to end users, managers, and super users.
• Assist in creating user manuals, quick-reference guides, and training materials.
• Offer post-training support and feedback to ensure effective adoption of NetSuite processes.
• Support change management efforts during NetSuite implementation or upgrades.
• Travel to client sites as needed for in-person training (travel is minimal and scheduled in advance).

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience training end users on NetSuite ERP , specifically within manufacturing and financial modules.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, transactions, and reporting related to production, inventory, procurement, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and other finance operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to create clear, effective training content and documentation.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or major upgrades is a plus.

Preferred:

• NetSuite certifications (Manufacturing or Financials)
• Background in adult learning or instructional design
• Prior consulting or multi-client experience
