Remote Paralegal with South Carolina Civil Litigation Experience

Position Details:

• Location: Remote (must be located in the state of South Carolina)
• Experience Required: Minimum of 1-3 years of South Carolina Civil Litigation experience; candidates with South Carolina Family Law experience will be given preference
• Compensation: Pay commensurate with experience
• Benefits:

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in South Carolina Civil Litigation and familiarity with the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedure
• Highly self-motivated with the discipline to work effectively from home.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
• Able to track billable and non-billable time and record time accurately in our case management system

$55,000 - $68,000 yearly

• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
• Conducting legal research and gathering case-related information.
• Communicating professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
• Supporting attorneys in all aspects of family law cases.
• Effectively managing your correspondence.
