Part-Time Track & Field / Cross Country Assistant Coach Colgate University is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Coach to support its Track & Field and Cross Country programs. This position will work approximately 20 hours per week. Provide skill instruction, coaching, and support to student‑athletes. Follow the Head Coach’s philosophy and coaching practices. Manage program operations, recruiting, and other administrative duties as designated. Model leadership and ethical behavior for student‑athletes. Professional Experience & Qualifications 1–3 years of coaching or competitive experience in track & field and/or cross country. Specialist in middle distance/distance events preferred. Current valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of coaching or competitive experience in track & field and/or cross country. Education Bachelor’s degree required.
