Seasoned Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dedicated  Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join our specialized youth behavioral health team. If you are passionate about helping adolescents build positive habits and thrive, we encourage you to apply.

The Opportunity

As a PCT, you will be a vital member of our care team, providing direct support to patients aged 10 to 17 years old  who are navigating eating disorders. This role offers the chance to be a consistent, positive role model and mentor in a young person's recovery journey.

What You'll Do

  • Direct Patient Support: Assist young patients with daily living activities and ensure a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
  • Mentorship & Role Modeling: Actively promote positive coping mechanisms, healthy routines, and social skills development.
  • Observation & Reporting: Monitor patient behavior, document vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing and PMHNP team.
  • Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate, supportive intervention as needed, under the direction of clinical staff.

Shift Requirements (Flexibility is a Must)

  • We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
  • You must be available to work within the hours of 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM .

Pay: Pay is $20-$23 per hour

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician preferred
  • Previous experience in a patient care role is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
