Essential Functions
Comforts patients and their families by offering support and encouragement; being punctual and attentive to procedure schedules; demonstrating caring and cultural sensitivity.

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with federal and state legal regulations.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
Must be able to stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to climb stairs.
Must be able to assist with lifting/transporting patients.
May be asked to drive golf cart of passenger tram.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Possess CPR certification or obtain within 90 days from date of hire. Must possess knowledge of patient transfer and lifting ergonomics or attend educational class. Must be willing to attend continuous education classes pertinent to job. Must have customer service experience. Must have experience interacting with the general public.
