Key Responsibilities:
Pick items as per order slips or handheld scanner instructions
Pack products securely, ensuring no damage during transit
Label, seal, and prepare packages for dispatch
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse
Check for damaged, missing, or expired items and report issues
Meet daily/weekly targets for picking and packing
Follow all safety and company protocols

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or equivalent
Warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and standing for long hours
Basic knowledge of reading, counting, and matching item codes
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
