Private Duty Nurse (RN) - Ronkonkoma, NY

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team, providing compassionate care for pediatric and adult clients in 1:1 in-home nursing settings across Long Island. Weekends needed.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document patient health status and communicate changes promptly.
• Support clients with activities of daily living while maintaining their comfort and dignity.
• Provide 1:1 care for clients, ensuring a safe and healthy environment.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to implement personalized care plans.

Requirements:

• Current New York State RN license.
• 1+ year of experience in home care/ school
• CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Physical exam within the past year.
• QuantiFERON within the past year.
• MMR documentation or titers.

Compensation:

We're excited to offer increased pay rates for nurses working in our in-home cases nursing:

• Registered Nurses (RNs): $45/hour
