Private Duty RN
Wednesday through Friday 

8 am - 3 pm

Dover, NH

$40 per hour

Per Diem 

Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty RN to join our team for a patient in Milton, New Hampshire. The Private Duty RN will provide one-on-one care to a patient in his home, assisting with daily activities and providing professional medical care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
• Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements 

• Valid Nursing License (LPN/RN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of pediatric working experience within the last five years preferred
• Home care experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
• Administering and managing G-tube feedings and medications according to the patient's care plan.
• Promptly responding to and managing seizures or other medical emergencies.
