What You'll Do
As our Senior Event Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile events tailored to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. From exclusive executive summits to immersive product showcases, you'll be the driving force behind experiences that inform, engage, and inspire.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and executing strategic event plans that align with business goals and brand vision
• Managing all logistics—venue selection, vendors, AV, catering, transportation, and more
• Partnering with internal teams (marketing, sales, comms) to build buzz and boost attendance
• Leading onsite (or online) execution to ensure every detail runs smoothly
• Tracking success metrics and post-event insights to continuously raise the bar
• Managing budgets like a pro—maximizing impact without overspending

What You Bring
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex, large-scale events—ideally in the healthcare or pharma space
• Strong portfolio of successful in-person and/or hybrid events
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), CMM, or similar certification
• Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms (e.g., ON24, Hopin, Cvent)
• Familiarity with healthcare/pharma regulations and compliance requirements
