We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Management Specialist to lead the migration of our enterprise voice system from an on-premises Cisco Unified Communications Manager platform to a Cisco Webex Cloud calling platform. The successful candidate will oversee the migration of approximately 15,000 enterprise voice users across various agencies in the client. The project will be broken down by the agency and a phase approach to ensure a smooth and efficient transition. Customers will be migrated in a phased approach dedicated instance (DI) and then eventually to a full tenant utilizing Webex soft phones.
