Senior Tactical Rotary Pilot – H225M Operations - Pensacola Stealth Communications is seeking experienced rotary-wing pilots to support advanced air mobility operations using the Airbus H225M platform. These roles are based in Pensacola and involve supporting Stealth’s operations and special programs. The selected candidates will operate within a coordinated team, where discretion, skill, and judgment are critical. This role requires individuals experienced in asymmetric environments, complex operating profiles, and dynamic missions. Responsibilities Serve as Pilot-in-Command aboard the Airbus H225M, executing missions involving multi-domain coordination, urban navigation, and long-range aerial operations under variable conditions. Conduct point-to-point air mobility for high-value personnel and sensitive cargo, adhering to security protocols. Support aerial deployment of internal protection elements, including the Stealth Physical Security Force, into urban and remote locations. Coordinate with ground and strategic assets for joint-response flight operations in rapidly changing environments. Perform day and night operations with proficiency in NVG, IR-guided routing, and non-GPS navigation. Support contingency airlift and rapid departure under tight timelines, emphasizing silence, speed, and security. Maintain readiness and execute tasks with minimal notice, often outside traditional routes. Participate in flight testing, evaluations, and equipment qualification related to onboard systems and avionics. Ensure operational certification through simulation, live-fly training, and rehearsals. Qualifications Active TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government-issued security clearance. Minimum 3,000 hours rotary-wing flight time, with 750+ hours on heavy-lift/multi-engine platforms. Valid Airbus H225 / EC225 Type Rating (FAA Type Certificate No. H4EU). Proficiency in confined-area landings, coastal and over-water operations, non-permissive airspace navigation, and operational duress. Familiarity with secure transport, high-value target mobility, and emergency departure. Experience with multi-agency coordination, non-standard routing, or operations in degraded environments is preferred. Experience with rotary ISR, overwatch, and communication-denied maneuvering is beneficial. Ability to operate in high-stakes environments with no-fail expectations. Experience in logistics and secure payload movement within operational frameworks. Knowledge of posture readiness, mobility tables, and deployment configurations. Ability to operate with brevity and mission-focused mindset.
