Shift Lead - Cinnabon - Silver Sands Premium Outlets

We are hiring a Shift Lead for our Cinnabon location. Our parent company is Chestnut Land Company, we are a franchisee of Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon and Jamba Juice.

SHIFT LEAD
The Shift Lead's responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and workplace safety within the Cinnabon.

• Responsible for prepping, baking and serving pretzels and other products when needed.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees.
• Help with taking orders if needed.
• Clean equipment and workplace.
• Assist with training new employees.
• Audit all necessary paperwork.
• In charge of any and all shift changes.
• Responsible for the employees doing the cash handling policies.
• Make notes for Daily Cash Report if store reached the daily goal.
• Encourage positive attitude and motivation with employees.
