Structural Steel Construction Estimator

Collaborating closely with clients to gain an accurate understanding of the needs and priorities, they are trusted to deliver not just quality, but certainty.
The Estimator position is responsible for identifying, reviewing, and bidding on projects, ensuring quotes are compliant with terms and conditions of plans and specifications. Prepares comprehensive job analysis, proposals and bid preparation for contracting prospects. Utilizes value engineering principles, with the customer in mind, while using costing knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements.

2-5 YEARS CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATING - LARGE COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS
STRUCTURAL STEEL
EXCELLENT EXCEL SKILLS - UNDERSTAND BASIC FORMULAS
FINANCIAL ACCUMEN
DETAIL ORIENTED
WILL PROVIDE RELOCATION FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES
Salary: $70,000 - $110,000+per year range, depending on experience + bonus depending on the company's performance
