As an exercise planner and Senior Systems Analyst on our team, you'll develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rich content using after action and training systems to help you tell a realistic story. You'll listen to client challenges and create training recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact.
As a SME in the company's Marine Corps account, you'll have the chance to work cross-functionally with defense mission professionals and integration engineers to enhance training readiness for the Marine Corps. You'll share your expertise and collaborate with the industry's best Live, Virtual and Constructive training SMEs as we help deliver training capabilities for the client.

You Have: \n - 3+ years of experience in conducting exercise design and control
\n - Experience overseeing Exercise Control (EXCON) operations as a SME in exercise design and control
\n - Experience planning and supervising simulation design, execution, and After-Action Review (AAR) production, overseeing exercise conduct, and dynamic signal collection based on the scheme of maneuver
\n - Knowledge of Marine Corps live, virtual, and constructive training systems
\n - Ability to support a team of high performing exercise support personnel
\n - Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
\n - Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time
\n - Secret clearance
\n - HS diploma or GED
\n

Nice If You Have: \n - Experience as an operations officer or chief of an infantry battalion
\n - Knowledge of Marine Corps Planning Process
\n - Ability to coordinate with local commands to develop support plans that incorporate Marine Corps training systems
\n - Completion of Service Level Schools operations officer or chief courses
\n - Joint Terminal Attack Controller Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
