Darigold is looking for a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Corporate HR Team based in Seattle, WA. The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key member of Darigold’s Human Resources function and reports to the Sr. Director of Employee Experience and Enablement. The Talent Acquisition Partner helps enable our organizational strategy by attracting top talent, analyzing our talent pool, markets, and supporting the development of the strategy to buy, build or borrow talent for our open positions. This role is also responsible for embedding equitable talent acquisition practices in alignment with our diversity, equity, and inclusion commitment.

Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
Experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Talent Intelligence roles.
