Our real estate office is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. You'll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments, and repairs, and ensure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities

•Coordinate and attend all closing procedures, such as moving schedules
•Look over all paperwork to confirm they have the correct signatures and dates, assuring that the closing process has been done accurately and efficiently
•Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner
•Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance
•Coordinate home inspections negotiate prices for necessary repairs, and make sure each repair is completed

Qualifications

•Must have a valid Real Estate License
•Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
•Obtained real estate license or are currently pursuing
•Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred
•High school or equivalent required, some college experience preferred
•Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
