Job Description

• Work with IT Product stakeholders to understand their business objectives.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions.
• Plan and facilitate workshops/interviews to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Infrastructure Services/Solutions.
• Track projects throughout their respective lifecycles
• Manage release priorities and ensure process improvement (process pain points for others to automate/streamline).
• Perform technical analyses to determine present and future business performance requirements.
• Focus on technical (system, network, security) requirements for migrations to Azure cloud.
• Attend and lead requirements sessions, and document requirements as Epics/Stories
• Assist with testing scenarios and validate results.
• Liaison between IT product stakeholders and technology teams

• Healthcare experience in payer/provider is a plus.
• 5 to 8 years of business analyst experience or in similar role
• Experience in business analysis with focus on detailed technical requirements
• Experience with user stories and Jira
• Experience with CyberArk, Palo Alto firewalls, SailPoint or similar
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and InfoSec components highly desirable
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) ; Microsoft Project is a plus.
• Experience with automation is a plus.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Analytical problem-solving approach
• Ability to proactively identify risks, and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a vast array of information.
• Understand the technology, data management, information flow, and data governance issues.
